LIGHT REFLECTION LAYER FOR IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE, IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE MEMBER USING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light reflection layer for an image display device which has a high visible light reflection factor, an image display device member using the light reflection layer and a method for manufacturing the image display device member.;SOLUTION: The light reflection layer for the image display device consists of an oxide layer, the oxide layer contains 7-25% Li2O and 1-10% P2O5 as mass %, the remaining part substantially consists of SiO2, and a part of the oxide layer is phase-split or crystallized. Preferably the oxide layer has a reflection factor exceeding 70% at least in a part of a visible light area of 400-700nm wavelength. The oxide layer includes an partition, back plate and partial/back plate integrated type image display device member formed on a metallic substrate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
