METHOD FOR ANALYZING BURIED CULTURAL PROPERTY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, for identifying a producing center of buried cultural properties, centered about earthenware efficiently in detail, that has been difficult by conventional analyses.;SOLUTION: A strong base substance typified by an alkali metal hydroxide, or the like is allowed to operate the earthenware to be analyzed, sand particles that become the index of a producing center are separated, and sand particles for analysis are obtained. Additionally, sand particles for analysis are made uniform before analysis, or analysis is made singly for measuring/comparing a solid solution composition, elemental composition, a compound composition, isotopic ratios and the like, or components are separated again by utilizing physical properties for measurement. Additionally, the separated substance itself is circulated as a standard substance, contrasting in analysis is facilitated, and analysis precision is improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
