PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable usual ringing and incidental ringing to be separately made, to inform a master unit only when usual ringing is made, and to turn on only a corridor light when incidental ringing is made so as to improve the working efficiency of nurses.;SOLUTION: This nurse call ringer is equipped with: a ringing button 201 giving usual ringing; a ringing button 202 giving incidental ringing; a signal generating unit 204 which generates ringing signals that generate ringing tone through a speaker when the ringing button 201 is pressed down, turns on or blinks an indication light, and turns the corridor light on in a usual lighting pattern; a signal generating unit 205 which generates ringing signals that turn the corridor light in an incidental lighting pattern, when the ringing button is pressed down; and a signal output unit 206 which outputs the ringing signals generated by the signal generating unit 204 to the master unit and the corresponding corridor light, and outputs the ringing signals generated by the signal generating unit 205 to the corresponding corridor light.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
