PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a conductive sponge rubber tube which is high in cell density, minute in cell diameter, and thin in cell wall in high productivity. PSOLUTION: An unvulcanized rubber mixture is extruded while it is coated with a thermoplastic resin having a softening point higher than the decomposition temperature of a foaming agent added into the unvulcanized rubber. They are heated at a temperature to decompose the foaming agent by the first heating furnace in a continuous heating apparatus and heated at a temperature equal to or above the softening point of the thermoplastic resin by the second heating furnace.
