PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate problems related to use of amphetamine and/or methamphethamine in conventional immunoassays for detecting a member of a methylenedioxy-based or ecstasy-based drug.;SOLUTION: A compound, such as a hapten, an intermediate, and an immunogen, which is useful for producing an antibody specific to the methylenedioxy-based amphetamine derivative is provided.
