PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin-coated aluminum sheet having excellent formability, chemical resistance and insulating properties, and usable for electrical-electronic components produced through severe forming.;SOLUTION: The resin-coated aluminum alloy sheet is obtained by providing the surface of an aluminum alloy sheet with a chemical conversion film, and providing the surface thereof with a resin layer. The resin layer is composed of the one essentially consisting of epoxy and admixed with at least one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of a phenolic base, an acrylic base, a urethane base and a urea base, and a lubricant is incorporated by 0.1 to 10 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the resin. The tensile strength of the resin layer is ≥40 N/mm2, also, its elongation is ≥2%, and the thickness of the resin layer is 3 to 10 μm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
