PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a re-construction design system for the existing pipe capable of simply, accurately and efficiently forming a re-construction plan of the existing pipe and a re-construction designed method without being required for experience, knowledge and skillfulness by avoiding an unnecessary cost, time and labor.;SOLUTION: The re-construction design system is equipped with a data-base system 100 evaluating the capacity of the existing pipe by using sewage ledger data, paving information and flow information and deciding re-construction lines of the existing pipe by using the evaluation result, data-base system 200 evaluating a state inside the existing pipe by adding up value inputted in the screen and deciding the re-construction lines of the existing pipe by using the evaluation result and data-base system 300 generally deciding the re-construction lines of the existing pipe by comparing these evaluation results with each other. The data-base system 200 is made to mark a bad state every site of the existing pipe based on a predetermined and subdivided standard and, at the same time, a rank is made according to the marks to make the screen input while observing an investigation image information inside the existing pipe pictured by using a picturing means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
