Disclosed is a method of treating cancer in a patient in need of such treatment comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of an FPT inhibitor and therapeutically effective amounts of one or more antineoplastic agents. Methods of treating non small cell lung cancer, CML, AML, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and multiple myeloma are disclosed.
