PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a vinyl chloride polymer compsn. which is excellent in impact resistance and usable for a window frame, etc. ;SOLUTION: Vinyl chloride is polymerized in a water-base suspension in the presence of a block copolymer comprising polyorganoslioxane blocks and poly(meth)acrylic ester blocks. The wt. ratio of the block copolymer to the resultant vinyl chloride polymer is (0.1:99.9)-(30:70).;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
