PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a correct machine height of a surveying GPS antenna, to provide convenience in carrying and to easily enable machine height measurement of the antenna even by a single person by directly measuring a distance from a point positioned on a horizontal line passing through a machine center of the GPS antenna to a measurement point. ;SOLUTION: An apparatus for measuring a machine height of a surveying GPS antenna comprises an antenna pole of a mobile station surveying GPS antenna having a stretchable pole 61 comprising a sliciable outer cylinder 61b and an inner cylinder 61a with a full length display 66 of a measuring device S provided on the stretchable pole 61 and a coupling member 70 slidably coupled to a predetermined position of an outer periphery of a ground plane 12 of a fixed station surveying GPS antenna 10. A ferrule 64 is positioned at a measurement point M and also an engaging part formed on a coupling part 71 of the coupling member 70 is engaged with the outer periphery of the ground plane 12, so that a swing fulcrum 80 of the coupling member 70 with respect to the ground plane 12 is aligned with a machine center C of the surveying GPS antenna 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
