PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a parting line from remaining on a cam surface in a cam ring having a plurality of projected cams having the same shape formed thereto in an overlapped state.;SOLUTION: The cam ring 14 is molded using first and second cylindrical split molds 30 and 40 having the cam molding surfaces 31 and 41 of the front and rear cam surfaces 15a, 15b of a plurality of the projected cams 15. After the completion of molding, the first and second cylindrical split molds are relatively revolved mutually with respect to the cam ring in an angular direction less than the minimum angle formed by the tangential line of the front and rear cam surfaces and the plane passing the axial line of the cam ring to release the cam ring.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
