PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chilled water and hot water simultaneous feed type chilled water and hot water generator making use of a cooling tower which is not used during the winter time. SOLUTION: In a chilled water and hot water generator 3 in which the chilled water is made by the refrigerant condensed by a circulating chilled water after heat radiation in a cooling tower 4 during the summer, and the hot water is made by the refrigerant before condensation during the winter to stop the cooling tower 4, a sub heat exchanger 7 is provided on a piping 5 of the circulating chilled water. During the winter, the chilled water is made in the sub heat exchanger 7 by the circulating chilled water from the cooling tower 4, and the chilled water is fed simultaneously with the winter hot water made by the chilled water and hot water generator 3. Preferably, the circulating chilled water returning from the chilled water and hot water generator 3 to the cooling tower 4 during the summer is introduced to the sub heat exchanger 7 to make the hot water, and the hot water is simultaneously fed together with the summer chilled water made by the chilled water and hot water generator 3.
