PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a more stable greening method by a simple work consisting of laying and covering a special mat to the surface of a growth base layer mixed with seeds after spraying work thereby protecting the growth base from heavy rain, storm, frost heaving or damage from a drought. SOLUTION: In a greening method for face of slope using mulching for preventing the erosion of the face of slope, greening base layer 2 mixed with seeds is formed on the face of slope 1 such as natural ground, developed land, land of slope failure. And to the surface of the greening base layer, the greening base layer is covered by tensing and arranging special mulch comprising raschel net 4 made of a chemical fiber and web 3 made by nonwoven fabric processing in random orientation with a very fine polyester short fiber similar in appearance to the capillary roots of the plant.
