PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose a diabetic kidney disease and glomerulus nephritis at an early stage by measuring lactoferriin, myeloperoxidase and fibronectin which exist in urine. ;SOLUTION: The extragranular protein component of a white blood corpuscle in urine and an extracellular matrix component which constitutes a glomerulus base film are used as objects to be measured. That is to say, lactoferriin, myeloperoxidase and fibronection which exist in urine are measured, and a diabetic kidney disease and glomerulus nephritis can be diagnosed at an early stage so as to be treated at an early stage. The collapse of the permeability control mechanism of the glomerulus base film is concerned with protein urine at glolerulus nephritis. Then, the permeation state to a glomerulus of a neutrophil as the cause of the collapse is grasped (by using the lactoferriin as a marker). In addition, the fibroferriin which is discharged into urine as a result that the neutrophil destroys the base film is immersed.
