A carton for carrying a plurality of like-sized objects of generally circular cross-sectional shape includes a generally triangular first panel forming a carton base bounded by three sides. Each side is connected to an adjacent side by a rounded corner having a radius of curvature approximately equal to that of curvature of the objects. A generally triangular second panel is coextensive with and spaced from the base panel in aligned facing relation. A one-piece peripheral sidewall secured to and extending between the first and second panels has a cross-sectional shape coextensive with the first and second panels. The peripheral sidewall has three planar sides, each connected to an adjacent planar side through a non-folded corner having a radius of curvature which is approximately equal to a radius of curvature of the objects to be carried.
