The invention relates to a container seal with a sealingbody which can be punctured for supplying or removingliquids to or from a container (3) by means of a blunthollow needle (10), this sealing body consisting at leastpartially of a highly elastic material in which a cut ismade at the puncture point (23) through at least 75% ofits thickness. The seal can in this case be designedindependently in the form of a stopper or as a smallinsert plate for a seal.
