NOVEL INHIBITORS OF ADENOSINE MONOPHOSPHATE DEAMINASE

摘要

Novel diazepine derivatives which selectively inhibit adenosine monophosphatedeaminase and methods of preparing these compoundsare provided. These compounds are useful in treating certain conditions invivo which may be ameliorated by increased local concentrationsof adenosine.
