摘要

PURPOSE: An electric power device is provided to achieve improved efficiency of energy conversion of solar cell by minimizing current losses caused due to the line length from the solar cell to a charger circuit unit. CONSTITUTION: An electric power device comprises a printed circuit board(20); a charger circuit unit(10) patterned on the lower surface of the printed circuit board, wherein the charger circuit unit includes a battery terminal connected to a charger battery; a plurality of solar cells(22) attached on the upper surface of the printed circuit board; a solar cell array constituted by solar cells(22) connected in serial or parallel with each other by an interconnector(24), wherein both ends of the interconnector are connected to a power terminal plated at one side of the printed circuit board; a transparent polycarbonate window(30) deposited on the solar cell array in such a manner that the transparent polycarbonate window transmits solar light to the solar cells; and a filler(32) filled between the transparent polycarbonate window and the printed circuit board so as to fix the solar cells.
