PURPOSE: A driver circuit of an electro-optic panel and an electro-optic apparatus and an electronic device comprising the same are provided, which reduces or removes bad influence due to the delay of a sampling pulse generated in the driver circuit easily. CONSTITUTION: The driver circuit of an electro-optic apparatus comprises a pixel electrode arranged on a substrate, and a switching device switching the pixel electrode. A data line(114) supplies an image signal to the pixel electrode through the switching device. A shift register circuit(160) outputs a transmission signal in sequence. A buffer circuit buffers the transmission signal. A sampling circuit(140) samples the image signal using the buffered transmission signal as a sampling pulse and then supplies it to the data line. A dummy circuit(27) simulates at least a part of the buffer circuit and the sampling circuit.
