PURPOSE: A driver circuit of an electro-optic panel and an electro-optic apparatus and an electronic device comprising the same are provided to perform transmission precharge and sequential precharge as simplifying device configuration on a substrate or control type. CONSTITUTION: According to the driver circuit of an electro-optic panel, a pixel electrode is formed on a substrate. A switching device(141) switches the pixel electrode. A data line(114) supplies an image signal to the pixel electrode through the switching device. A data line driving circuit includes a shift register circuit(160) outputting a transmission signal in sequence. A sampling circuit samples the image signal using the nth transmission signal as a sampling circuit driving signal, and writes it on the data line. And a precharge circuit writes a precharge signal on the data line before the image signal is supplied to the data line, using the (n-1)th transmission signal as a precharge circuit driving signal.
