PURPOSE: A flame detector with cooling and foreign material influx-preventing functions is provided to improve the cooling efficiency of the flame detector, to efficiently shut off the detector-side influxing of foreign materials, to enable stable and continuous operation of a gas turbine or a combustor, and to prevent accidents caused by gas leakage. CONSTITUTION: A flame detector(1) with cooling and foreign material influx-preventing functions comprises a gas shutoff unit(10) arranged to the upper part of a first connection flange(14) connected to a flange(12) of a gas turbine or a combustor to shut off external leakage of gas during maintenance work of the apparatus; a foreign material influxing prevention unit(30) arranged to a housing(34) fastened to a second connection flange(32) installed to the upper side of the gas shutoff unit to constitute an air curtain to the inside; a cooling unit(50) arranged to the upper part of the housing; a flame detection unit(70) detachably arranged to the upper middle part of the cooling unit in a state of being charged with electricity by a contact method; and a glass plate(90) arranged to the lower side of a detection sensor(72). The detection sensor is arranged to the flame detection unit.
