SEPARATELY PRODUCED BUMPER OF A VEHICLE BY SEPARATING AN IMPACT BEAM AND A TOWER AND INTEGRALLY PRODUCING THE IMPACT BEAM WITH A BUMPER FASCIA

PURPOSE: A bumper of a vehicle is provided to easily produce, to reduce the production cost and the maintenance cost and to effectively absorb the external impact by separating an impact beam and a tower, integrally producing the impact beam with a bumper fascia and finally combining the integrated bumper fascia with the tower. CONSTITUTION: A bumper fascia(20) and a tower(40) are produced individually and combined each other. The bumper fascia and the tower are seperatable. The bumper fascia and the tower are produced by same or different materials. The length or the width of the tower is produced variably. The tower is produced by a material of high intensity such as a metal or a synthetic resin containing a glass fiber. The part of the tower is produced by a soft material such as a plastic. Thereby, a bumper is produced easily and the production cost is reduced.
