PURPOSE: Provided is a riding instrument to obtain realistic effect for riding horse and excellent exercising efficiency such as waist reinforcing, bowel exercising effects, etc. without getting tired of the exercise even for long time. CONSTITUTION: The riding instrument comprises a saddle part(10) having a control part(11) and a handle(12) at front portion; a bottom supporting stand(20) having a guide frame(21) supported to floor; a top supporting stand(30) having guidance plates with roller at both sides and inserted into the guide frame(21); a height control unit; a stand having a bottom supporting plate, a fixing plate, link parts, a top supporting plate, and a second partition plate; a driving part; a power transmission part; a front and rear movement unit having a first and a second crankshafts; and a right and left rotational unit to pivotally rotate the stand against an eccentric axis.
