摘要

PURPOSE: A ceramic heater and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing operation of the ceramic heater by printing a metallic resistor on a pre-formed ceramic sintered substrate or by inserting and bonding the resistor on the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic heater includes a resistor(32), and a sintered substrate(31). The resistor is printed on the sintered substrate which is already sintered and is cut into pieces of same size. An adhesive(33) is applied on the sintered substrate having the resistor printed thereon. Another sintered substrate(34) which does not have resistors is laminated on the sintered substrate. The sintered substrates and the resistor are bonded. A lead line(36) is fixed on the resistor.
