PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic raw material composition by which a ceramic sintered compact excellent in high frequency characteristics, having high strength, and excellent in stability of coefficient of linear expansion at the burning temperature can be obtained.;SOLUTION: The ceramic raw material composition comprises a glass material and a ceramic material, and further comprises CeO2 at a rate of 0-5 wt.% and TiO2 at a rate of 0-5 wt.%, wherein the glass material comprises 20-50 wt.% SiO2, 30-60 wt.% BaO, 5-20 wt.% MgO, 0-10 wt.% ZnO, 0-10 wt.% Al2O3, and 0-10 wt.% B2O3 and the ceramic material comprises 25-40 wt.% SiO2, 30-55 wt.% BaO, 0-30 wt.% MgO, 0-30 wt.% ZnO, and 0-15 wt.% Al2O3.
