PURPOSE: A bean curd(tofu) containing Codonopsis lanceolata or mugwort manufacturing method is provided, thereby reinforcing the taste and flavor, and nutrition of bean curd(tofu) with Codonopsis lanceolata or mugwort powder, so that quality of bean curd(tofu) can be improved. CONSTITUTION: The bean curd(tofu) manufacturing method comprises the steps of: dipping beans in water; pulverizing the water dipped beans with a pulverizer; heating the pulverized bean; separating the heated pulverized bean into the bean residue and bean solution; adding Codonopsis lanceolata or mugwort powder into the bean solution; adding a coagulating agent into the Codonopsis lanceolata or mugwort powder added bean solution; and inserting the coagulated bean solution into a mold and shaping it.
