WATER-SOLUBLE FIREPROOF COMPOSITION COMPRISING MONOAMMONIUM PHOSPHATE, BORIC ACID, SODIUM HYDROXIDE AND WATER, FLAME RETARDANT AND WATER REPELLENT COATING AGENT COMPOSITION, THEIR PREPARATION METHODS, AND LIGNEOUS MATERIAL COATED WITH THE COMPOSITIONS

PURPOSE: Provided are a water-soluble fireproof composition, a flame retardant and water repellent coating agent composition, their preparation methods, and a ligneous material prepared by coating the composition which does not elute a fireproof agent when exposed to atmosphere, prevents the spreading of fire and is water repellent. CONSTITUTION: The water-soluble fire proof composition comprises 13.9-32 wt% of monoammonium phosphate; 0.1-3 wt% of boric acid; 1-5 wt% of sodium hydroxide; and 60-85 wt% of water. The flame retardant and water repellent coating agent composition is prepared by mixing 27 wt% of water and 3-10 wt% of colloidal silica and adjusting the pH to be 3.0-4.5 by using nitric acid to prepare a solution A; mixing 40-60 wt% of isopropyl alcohol, 6-8 wt% of hydropropyl cellulose solution, 1-5 wt% of n-hexane, 2-5 wt% of methyltrimethoxysilane and 1-5 wt% of decyltrimethoxysilane to prepare a solution B; and mixing the solution A and the solution B and reacting the mixture with stirring for 2 hours.
