PURPOSE: A photographing detection method of a cellular phone camera to detect an illegal photographing is provided to detect an infrared signal or a specific frequency emitted from a cellular phone camera when a certain target is illegally photographed, so that a user can recognize the illegal photographing of the target. CONSTITUTION: A key button comprised in a photographing detection setup unit is turned on to monitor an illegal photographing process(S10). A controller decides whether an infrared delivery signal and a specific delivery frequency are detected in a moving image mode or a camera mode of a camera embedded in a cellular phone(S20). If so, the controller produces a speaker alarming sound or an LED flickering signal on a display(S30).
