A semiconductor device and an electronic apparatus are provided to detect exactly wire-open in spite of weak current by using a diode. A semiconductor device includes an IC(Integrated Circuit) chip(11) with a first pad(Pi1) and a second pad(Po1), an input terminal(Pi2) connected with the first pad via a first wire(Wi1), an output terminal(Po2) connected with the second pad via a second wire(Wo1), and a diode. The diode(D1,D2) is used for coupling a first signal of the first pad and a second signal of the second pad with each other.
