PURPOSE: A dried material gripping apparatus and a drying stand thereby are provided to hang out clothes conveniently by holding dried materials between first and second elastic bodies, and to fasten clothes stably by restricting slip of clothes with forming protrusions in the elastic body. CONSTITUTION: A clothes gripping apparatus comprises a fixing bar(30); a first elastic body(10) having a first elastic deformation part(11) fastened in the fixing bar and elastically deformed; and a second elastic body(20) having a second elastic deformation part(21) fixed in the fixing bar and faced to the first elastic deformation part and elastically deformed. A dried material is fixed between first and second elastic deformation parts, and a protrusion(10a) is formed in the first elastic deformation part to prevent slip of clothes. Guide sills(25,26) are formed in the fixing ends of first and second elastic bodies to guide free ends in elastically deforming the elastic deformation parts and to prevent movement in holding clothes between the elastic deformation parts.
