PURPOSE: To provide a connection structure of a filter cartridge for a water purifier, which is able to change the filter cartridge by automatically switching on and off a valve when mounting or separating the filter cartridge. CONSTITUTION: The structure comprises a square-shaped first bracket (10) which is installed in a water purifier at a predetermined position to mount filter cartridges (60), supporting members (20) that are installed at a lower end portion of the first bracket and combined with a lower part of the filter cartridges, a connection member for a tap water inlet pipe (30) which is installed on one side wall of the first bracket and combined with a hose to allow water to pass through the filter cartridge, a water pipe (40) that is connected with the connection member for the tap water inlet pipe to allow tap water to pass through, connects (50) which are combined with both sides of the water pipe and installed on a position opposite to the supporting members to be combined with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, the filter cartridges that purify the tap water flown-in from the water inlet pipe and discharge the purified water through the water outlet pipe, and a distributor (70) that is combined with the water pipe to store the purified water in a water storage tank.
