The system has an electromagnetic clutch (11) mounted between an output shaft (2) of an engine (1) and a ring gear (3). The engine is disconnected from a torque converter (4) by the electromagnetic clutch when the engine is stalling. The output shaft of the engine is disconnected from the ring gear, on engine`s stalling so that the torque converter and a transmission are separated from the engine and released.
