The pump has a hollow cylindrical stator (1) and a hose (2) of elastic material, which engages helically over at least 360[deg] on the inside of the stator. A rotor (3) rotates inside the hollow-cylindrical internal chamber (1a) of the stator and eccentrically to it, and deforms one part of the hose in such a way, that a seal is formed. The diameter of the rotor ensures that the radially elastic hose is under constant pretension. The rotor is formed by the outer ball race (3a) of a roller bearing, which has an inner ball race (3b) positioned on a crank section (3c) of a shaft (4). The shaft extends co-axially to the internal stator chamber.
