An electronic system for testing- and control-tasks, in which a central unit is provided with peripheral units and in which the communication between one part of the peripheral units and the central units is carried out wirelessly. During a specified detection time, the signals received from the central unit and from the various peripheral units are evaluated and on the basis of this evaluation an assignment of the peripheral units to the central units takes results.
