The cereal proportion of the pasta includes cereal- or vegetable fibers. The proportion of cereal- or vegetable fibers is up to 4-15 wt.%, preferably 7-10 wt.% with the remainder being durum wheat making up to the 100 wt.%. Crushed oats and oat fiber are included. Egg and/or vegetables may also be included in addition.
