The holder has a support with a cylindrical part (12) to hold a cap. The part is delimited at two ends by respective stops (14) in order to avoid the cap from rolling and tilting in the support. The support has a front surface (16) inclined towards top and front in order to carry all information e.g. name. A slit (18) disposed at back of the support permits to slide the edge of a card containing the information. An independent claim is also included for a knife holders assembly having two knife holders.
