The method involves reading information representative of position of a vehicle (10a), from a received message. A zone of environment in which other vehicles evolve susceptible to be disturbed by an event is determined from the information. Message is transferred to destination of device embedded in the vehicle of the determined zone. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a vehicle including a device for transfer of a message (2) a computer program including a data medium, the program comprising instructions permitting the implementation of a method for transferring of a message representative of the appearance of en event susceptible to alarm the environment, when it is executed by a computing system.
