The device has multiple collectors (3) provided with inlets (3a) to recover a part of flood water and outlets (3b) to evacuate the flood water in conduits (4) destined to transport the flood water to a discharge zone (5), distinct from flooded zones (2), that is able to reabsorb the flood water. Guiding partitions progressively reduce speed of the evacuated water during evacuation of the water in the discharge zone.
