PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a frequency domain measurement result and a demodulation domain measurement result as a time function at the same time when measuring signal power-to-distortion characteristics of a digital signal having a plurality of sub-bands.;SOLUTION: An importing system 12 imports a time domain data that represents a digital signal. A frequency domain calculator 16 converts a time slice of the time domain data into a frequency domain data, and processes the frequency domain data to obtain a frequency domain measurement result of each time slice. A demodulation calculator 18 converts the time slice of the time domain data into a demodulation domain data, and processes the demodulation domain data to obtain a demodulation domain measurement result of each time slice.
