PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grained leather type artificial leather which is friendly for environments, has high peel strength, and good air permeability, and to provide a method for producing the same.;SOLUTION: This grained leather-like artificial leather prepared by laminating a grain side layer (A) to at least one side of a fibrous substrate (B) is characterized in that the grained side layer (A) comprises a coating layer (A1) comprising a resin having a softening temperature (TA1) and an adhesive layer (A2) comprising a resin having a softening temperature (TA2); the adhesive layer (A2) is impregnated into the fibrous substrate (B) in a depth of ≥30 μm; the grained side layer (A) has communication holes; and the softening temperatures of the resins constituting the coating layer (A1) and the adhesive layer (A2) satisfy the following expressions (1) and (2), respectively.
