PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid preparation method which enables the efficient and highly sensitive PCR amplification of a target nucleic acid, the efficient and highly sensitive labeling of the target nucleic acid, and the efficient and highly sensitive detection of the target nucleic acid by hybridization, when a specimen is a mixture of non-labeling nucleic acid with labeling nucleic acids, and is useful as a method for pre-treating the specimen.;SOLUTION: A separation probe specific to non-labeling nucleic acids is allowed to act on a mixture of the non-labeling nucleic acid with labeling nucleic acids to separate the non-labeling nucleic acid from the labeling nucleic acids, and the separated labeling nucleic acids are used for PCR amplification, labeling and detection.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
