PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic application blank offering method and a complete set of an electronic application blank, the contents of which can be concealed.;SOLUTION: In a method for offering an electronic application blank, which is printed and used for application, from a website, an electronic shading paper used through printing for concealing the written contents in the electronic application blank and an electronic envelope, in which a threefolded piled-up electronic application blank and electronic shading paper is used in combination as a backing paper, are offered together with the electronic application blank as for the electronic application blank offering method. As for the complete set of the electronic application blank, which is offered from the website, printed and used for application, the complete set of the electronic application blank consists of the electronic application blank, the electronic shading paper for concealing the written contents in the electronic application blank and the electronic envelope, in which a threefolded piled-up electronic application blank and electronic shading paper, are offered together with the electronic application blank as for the complete set of the electronic application blank.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
