PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for creating a cooperative work space capable of creating the work space most suitable for performing cooperative work using a variety of devices, while achieving flexibility, openness, and even decentralization.;SOLUTION: A personal work space pier PW provides users with work spaces. A service pier S discloses a service connection interface and provides various services via a network. The apparatus for creating a cooperative work space creates a collaborative work space by integrating the work spaces recognized to exist in the same time zone and in the same working space, and makes usable documents used over the collaborative work space, by coordinating the services recognized to exist in the same time zone and in the same working space.
