PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem that a baseplate of an installation column cannot be out-fit to an anchor bolt, when using an anchor bolt cap for protecting the anchor bolt, when out-fitting a hole of the baseplate of the installation column to the anchor bolt.;SOLUTION: When erecting the anchor bolt on a foundation, pitch accuracy (the setting of a hole diameter (u) and accuracy of a pitch (v) between holes, when using an anchor plate 21) between anchor bolts and pitch accuracy (unillustrated) between holes of the baseplate are improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
