TREATMENT AGENT AUTOMATIC SPRAY APPARATUS IN SPRAY BOOTH

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe treatment agent automatic spray apparatus which, when necessary, automatically sprays a necessary amount of a deodorant in order to prevent unpleasant odor emission and to ameliorate a working environment. PSOLUTION: A valve is used which opens or shuts by detecting a decrease in a set pressure by utilizing the difference between a spray stop time (full pressure) and a spray time (static pressure) in the spray air of an air spray gun. This valve is set in an air circuit through which the air is fed into the sprayer of a deodorant to automatically spray the deodorant onto a spray booth and exhaust ducts by actuating the deodorant sprayer only during spraying. The air spray gun is therefore economical because the deodorant is effectively sprayed only during spray coating and is safe even when used in an explosive atmosphere because of pneumatic operation control safe as the apparatus.
