PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition excellent in processing flowability, molded product surface appearance and mechanical strength. ;SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises (A) 5-98 pts.wt. of a polycarbonate resin and (B) a grafted polymer produced by graft-polymerizing one or more kinds of vinylic compounds capable of being graft-copolymerized to a rubbery polymer to the rubbery polymer, wherein the surface graft-covering rate of the vinylic compound graft-polymerized to the rubbery polymer is ≥80%, the surface graft-covering rate being defined by the below-described equation, and wherein the average thickness of the vinylic compound graft-polymerized to the surface of the rubbery polymer is 5-25nm.
