The invention relates to the computer system for creation and translation of documents into a foreign language.The process for automatic translation of the business correspondence from the English language into the Romanian language includes detection and segmentation of the English sentence. The segmentation is carried out by coding the parts of speech of the English language and compiling the table of coded indexes, then it is carried out exclusion of the double character of the segments, schematization of the segments, recoding of the English segment into the Romanian language, establishment of the order of words in the Romanian segment. It is also carried out filtration of the equivalent of the Romanian translation of the corresponding English word, fixation of the constant morphological and syntactical characteristics of the parts of speech of the analyzed Romanian segment, establishment and fixation of the general relationship of external valence, establishment and fixation of the general relationships of internal valence, fixation of the final morphological and syntactical characteristics , including the inconstant ones, selection of the translation version by fixation of the word conjugation and declension paradigms, required by the segment wherein it is situated, as well as final fixation of the results of translation operations from the English language into the Romanian language.
