A compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, or hydrolysable ester thereof, Wherein: RSUP1 /SUPand RSUP2 /SUPare independently hydrogen or CSUB1-3 /SUBalkyl; X represents a bond, CHSUB2 /SUBor O; RSUP3 /SUPand RSUP4 /SUPare independently hydrogen, CSUB1-6 /SUBalkyl, OCHSUB3/SUB, CFSUB3/SUB, allyl or halogen; XSUP1 /SUPis CHSUB2/SUB, SOSUB2/SUB, or CO; RSUP5 /SUPis -CSUB1-6 /SUBalkyl (optionally substituted by CSUB1-6/SUBalkoxy or CSUB1-6/SUBalkylthio), -CSUB2-6 /SUBalkenyl, -CSUB0-6 /SUBalkyl phenyl (wherein the phenyl is optionally substituted by one or more CFSUB3/SUB, halogen, CSUB1-3 /SUBalkyl, CSUB1-3 /SUBalkoxy), -COCSUB1-6 /SUBalkyl, SOSUB2/SUBCSUB1-6 /SUBalkyl; RSUP6 /SUPis phenyl or a 6 membered heteroaryl group containing 1, 2 or 3 N atoms wherein the phenyl or heteroaryl group is optionally substituted with 1, 2 or 3 moieties selected from the group consisting of CSUB1-6 /SUBalkyl, halogen, -OCSUB1-6 /SUBalkyl, -SOSUB2/SUBCSUB1-3 /SUBalkyl, phenyl (optionally substituted by one or more groups selected from halogen, CFSUB3/SUB, CSUB1-3 /SUBalkyl, OCSUB1-3 /SUBalkyl, acetyl, CN).
