ABSTRACTThere are provided an enterprise evaluation device and an enterprise evaluation program for reporting a sales amount andan analysis result of intellectual property of an enterprise to a user so as to evaluate the enterprise value. The enterprise evaluation device includes: gazette acquisition means for acquiring registration gazette of patent applications applied within a predetermined period by aspecific enterprise from a database; the number-of-inventions acquisition means for acquiring the number of inventions as the number of patent applications registered within a predetermined period or as the number of claims; the number-of-vanished-patents acquisition means for acquiring the numberof vanished patents within a predetermined period among the number of inventions acquired; total number-of-valid-patents counting means for calculating the total number of valid patents by subtracting the number of vanished patens from the number of patents acquired; total valid patent remaining ratiocalculation means for calculating the total valid patent remaining ratio by dividing the obtained total number of valid patent applications by the number of inventions; and output means for outputting the calculated total valid patent remaining ratio to the display means, to the printing means,to the recording medium, or to other communication devices via a communication line.
