Tray improved storage champagne bottles and the like which are constituted from a laminar body (1) preferably plastic and provided with recesses at two different heights (2, 3) for accommodating the bottles (6) horizontal position also allowing stacking with other bottles loaded trays; characterized in that said recesses are configured so that the tray or laminar body (1) may have four rows of bottles so that: in a first row bottles are parallel, adjacent and with their side surfaces supported on the bottom walls recesses (2) having a first height; in a second row the bottles are parallel, adjacent, with their side surfaces supported on the bottom walls recesses (3) with a second higher height first aforementioned height, and so that the necks and the bottle necks are pointing in sense opposite to the bottles of the first row, interpenetrating with them; in a third row of bottles they are parallel, adjacent, with their side surfaces to support at the bottoms of recesses (2) with height first referred to, and such that the principal axes of the bottles agree and direction with the axes of the bottles in the first row; and a fourth row bottles are parallel, adjacent, with their side surfaces supported on the bottom walls recesses (3) with said second height, and so that the necks and necks of the bottles are pointing in the opposite direction to bottles in the third row, interpenetrating with them.
